Items can be returned for store credit only within 7 days from the date of delivery or purchase. Items received past the 7 day period will not be accepted for a return. No refunds are issued on any purchase. Fees for return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Shipping costs will not be included in the store credit amount. You will receive an email for the store credit amount once the return is processed.
Items eligible for return are full price clothing items and shoes that are new, unworn, with tags still attached.
All sale items are a final sale. This includes anything purchased using a discount code of 30% or more. No exchanges or returns are allowed on jewelry, cosmetics, accessories, gift items, and gift cards.
If there is an issue with an item received please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Issues include incorrect size from what was ordered, incorrect color from what was ordered, or incorrect item from what was ordered. If you aren't local, we offer a few different shipping options. We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $5 on all orders or you can opt for UPS 3 Day Select shipping at checkout.
Please allow 2 - 3 business days for orders to be processed and shipped out.
