Refund policy
Eligible Items with a proof of purchase can be returned and or exchanged for a store credit within 14 days from the date of purchase. Items eligible for return and or exchange are full price clothing and shoes that are new, unworn and with the tags still attached. All sale and holiday themed items are FINAL SALE. No Returns and or Exchanges are allowed on jewelry, cosmetics, accessories, gift items and gift cards.
*If an item is shipped back that does not meet our return requirements, the item will be returned to the customer at their expense or will be subject to up to a 50% restocking fee. Local in Store Pickup Orders are held for 30 days and will be donated if not picked up.

Online Orders: Please click HERE to start your return and or exchange. Please follow the guided steps to select the eligible items you would like to return and or exchange. Your return label will be automatically generated and emailed to you. Please ensure all approved eligible items are included in the same package. We do not refund original shipping costs.
FREE EXCHANGES
Use your return credit for something else and get FREE shipping! Follow the guided steps on our return portal and skip the shipping fee! Exchanged items will be shipped to you once we have received your return.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?
You will receive an email within 3 business days once your item has been delivered back to us and inspected. Store Credits are calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at the time of purchase. An e-Gift Card will be emailed to the email address that was used to place the order.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?
If you received a damaged or defective item, please email a picture of the defective item at hello@tinroofboutiquenola.com within 48 hours. We will provide a return label and replacement/refund at no cost to the customer.
WHAT IF I PAID WITH SHOP PAY INSTALLMENTS OR SEZZLE?
Shop Pay installment purchases are subject to Tin Roof's standard Return Policy for items returned within 14 days of fulfillment. Again, we do not do refunds, just store credits. If you have any questions about payments made with ShopPay, please contact their customer service HERE.
